完美的肉松芝士小餐包 — 汤种法

试过做不下6种的餐包,都觉得要么面包老化得太快,隔天吃就不松软;要么就口感太干太硬。茜茜喜欢口感软绵又有咬劲的面包,于是try and error,用汤种法做了这款我最最满意的小餐包。而且用这种方法做出来的小餐包,比那些肉松铺在外面的,还有一坨肉松当馅包在里面的好吃哦!
